Unrecognised file format for some images in camera photo gallery, question mark (?) displayed instead of image preview. #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look in photo library on the camera.
2. Some random jpg images are displayed as a question mark (?) 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image preview should be displayed for each and every file.  ? Is displayed on 
some but not all jpg images on the camera.

What version of the product are you using?
201301414-2

Please provide any additional information below.
All images display fine on a PC.
