Explanation on using dd to make CF bootable

Please, describe the enhancement of feature requested below:

I have WIN7 and a 32gb CF card which I can't make bootable (as I could with my 
4gb card using cardtricks).

I can't uncheck the ML or CHDK using eoscard, so I would like to use another 
method, but I don't get it the other methods at all.

Could someone let me know how I can make a 32gb card bootable using Win7?

Have you tried installing a Virtual Machine and use the WinXP or Linux method ?

Note: Check if the 32GB card is working with the camera at all.

As far as I know, you can leave the ML option enabled; just remember to delete 
all files left by EOSCard in the card before copying the files from 400plus.
