Core M-5Y70: no temperature sensors detected #646

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
OHM version: 0.6.0.12 (compiled with VS2012, target framework: 2.0)
OS version: Windows 8 x64 (NT 6.2.9200.0)
Hardware: Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro with Core M-5Y70 (Broadwell-Y) processor

Problem:
OHM does not detect the processor's temperature sensors.

I read the Core-M processor family datasheet:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/core-m-processor-family-d
atasheet-vol-1.html

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/core-m-processor-family-d
atasheet-vol-2.html

Unfortunately I'm not able to implement support for Broadwell-Y processors
myself. I would appreciate any kind of help.
