A few changes to nginx.conf Completely untested for windows environment

Splitted logs into badhosts (may include external requests if any), upstream and everything else
Keep-Alive for s3 should be ok now
html/SNAAAAAA file may work as hardcoded api response
Assets are gzipped
CHUNK feature added (checks local files first)
favicon.ico is a file now
Minor changes

Merged the commits separately, I somehow messed up and Github stopped recognizing it as a merge of a pr
