Hilliness metric #149

Some kind of metric of hilliness

Data for elevation is ASTGTM. The folder

https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/ASTT/ASTGTM_NC.003/2000.03.01/

contains the netcdf files (the other two contain zipped tif files with numerators and denominators, and netcdf files with just numerators).

The files are each for 1deg by 1deg of the form ASTGTMV003_N{lower_coord_lat:02}W{lower_coord_lon:03}_dem.nc
