"access denied" error when trying to access a CSS file on one domain from another domain #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put an HTML file on one domain referencing a CSS file on another domain,
with a selector that is not natively supported in IE.
2. Try viewing the page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Notice the "Error on page" message at the bottom of the screen. If you
click on it to try to get more info, the error will say "Access is denied",
and the CSS selector will not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried this with IE6 and IE7 on Windows XP.

I can provide more specific details if you need them.
