Cannot find desktop application for this notifier in the downloads above #12

there is no desktop application to be downloaded in the downloads section
above. There are only .apk file which cannot be opened in any application
in windows vista. Please help.

You're correct - there's no Windows client. The .apk file is the android 
application. The .dmg file is the mac 
desktop application. Soon there will also be a linux client that I'm in the 
process of finishing. 

If someone volunteers to make the Windows version, I'll definitely post it 
here, but I don't have Windows or Visual 
Studio licenses to develop it.
