Breadcrumbs should include current menus and page

Especially since we have multiple forms of navigation menus/buttons, etc., it would be most clear for breadcrumbs to have the full path to the current page.

Figuring this out will show a bunch of inconsistencies in screen names and menu labels that we should probably fix up for clarity.

Examples:

• "Sections" screen could have the breadcrumbs including the current menu tabs and buttons and screen name:
  • Home >> CLASS Learning System >> Instructor Management >> Section Management >> Sections
• "Section Users" screen could have the breadcrumbs with the full path chosen to get here:
  • Home >> CLASS Learning System >> Instructor Management >> Section Management >> Sections >> Users

That's actually a limitation on the breadcrumbs inside Drupal. We can tweak it but it won't be much better

Sean - Are there any other modules we could plug in that handle breadcrumbs better?
