Create Problem should not have Back to All Tasks link #126

Task screens should have a link returning to Pending Tasks, not All Tasks.

Create Problem
Edit Problem

Or fancier, it should be a link to Pending Tasks if the user came there from the Pending Task screen, and a link to All Tasks if the user came there from the All Tasks screen.

This is also with other tasks, such as decide whether to dispute (see image below).
