nextrelease starfield: use particle system #94

For demo.py in the nextrelease branch, generate a starfield using the particle system/module for the game background (instead of the current animated GIF).

I'm open to other suggestions of showing off the particle system. Hoping @kcsaff would do the honors once the feature/particles branch is merged to nextrelease.

I can do it, just been a lot of frustrating things this past week.

@kcsaff awesome! Yeah and no rush, either! The deadline isn't for 14 days and it's not like it actually matters if we make it or not laughs.

I just made this ticket to clarify/clean things up, hope I wasn't pestering! :)
