Zone 659 (Rhalgr's Reach - In Crimson It Began) Crash #9

Not much to say other than the title. Loading this zone consistently results in a crash. Things I've attempted/tested:

• Loading directly from the inn room. • Loading from a different loaded instance. • Loading with a character that has already completed the associated duty. • Loading with a character that has not completed the associated duty.
