Version 3.38 not scrobbling from Shazam

Hi! My Pano Scrobbler was automatically updated to version 3.38 by the Play Store, but I noticed that AutoShazam detections weren't being scrobbled. I've seen some users complaining about this on Play Store reviews and today on X/Twitter.

My solution was to manually reinstall version 3.37, as it's still working perfectly!

I'm using Android 14.

I tested it with autoshazam in continuous and single result mode and it scrobbled in both cases. I don't know why it is not working for you or if you are doing something different.

I just tested again. It didn't work. I don't even have anymore the messgae saying that you can scorbble from shazam. I didn't change anything, I don't think I am doing something different

Can you send a screenshot of the autoshazam results notification? Also, mention your Shazam version.

THe Shazam version is the last one. I uninstalled/reinstalled it Version 14.40.0 I think

I just changed my system language to French and it still scrobbled. The notification text is the same regardless of the language anyways.

Is Shazam enabled in Pano Scrobbler settings? Did it actually work in 3.37?

You can download older versions from https://github.com/kawaiiDango/pano-scrobbler/releases

You will have to uninstall the current version before downgrading.

I have the exact same problem here, Ith my Pixel 8 pro, and with my new Pixel 9. Exact same settings as sheb667, and still no Auto Shazam or regular Shazam have been scrobbled. Happy to hear any news about it

Same here. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G and ended up having to downgrade the app to v3.35 and it works perfectly again 🤷‍♂️

3.39 version installed on Pixel 9, all authorizations granted. Scrobble from noti test installed.

Regressing to 3.35 never worked either, and now it's not even working with Spotify either.

Sanizzle10, does your Shazam have permission to post notifications? Specifically the "Shazam Results" category? Pano reads notifications only from that category since 3.37. The test app did not see any from that category.
