Power usage monitor ersky9x #101

The ersky9x can monitor the current usage. It is on the stats screen.
But what I really would like is a monitor for power usage.

So the current*voltage. Looking at the mAh used and knowing the battery
capacity it is easier to know how full the transmitter battery is.
This is especially handy for batteries without a linear discharge curve.

Additionally an alarm could be added for used battery capacity.
The counter could automatically be reset by a large positive voltage change.

I'm not sure that power counting (current*voltige *time ?) is the best way to
manage battery, as the results depends of the discharge current, due to the
internal resistance of the battery.

On the contrary, capacity (current*time) couting is more efficient, as
discharged capacity of a battery is nearly independant of the current
(expecially for small currents). More, it is very easy to compare to a
reference value (that is the nominal capacity of the battery) and it is
applicable to all chimistry (please see below examples of discharge curves for
Sanyo Eneloop 2000 and Hyperion G3 CX).
