Implement thralert.wav and swalert.wav #106

Since new early audio initialisation is working great, would it be technically 
possible to play thralert.wav and swalert.wav when displaying respective 
warning screens ?

If I am right all system sounds are not working right now.

r1266 tested successfully: 
thralert.wav, swalert.wav and trim sounds are perfectly played.

Users sounds are OK too, i can't see anymore issues with voices on open9x for 
ersky9x.

Thanks a lot for the hard work !

PS: here is a picture of the initializing screen (before throttle and switch 
warning), is it technically possible to replace it with the splashscreen if set 
?
