A1/A2 no more available in telemetry gauges list #112

On open9x for ersky9x r1266:

Only Tmr1/Tmr2/RX and TX are available for gauges.

It's ok after modifying "myeeprom.h" and replacing

TELEM_NOUSR_BAR_MAX = TELEM_RSSI_RX,

with

TELEM_NOUSR_BAR_MAX = TELEM_A2,

Maybe TELEM_NOUSR_CSW_MAX should be replaced too, but i don't know what is for.

It is not used right now, but it could in the future for Max source in CSW
