couldn't find a place to comment on the user guide that's being updated so im 
posting an issue, consequently it is an issue so eh...
anyway the file being uploaded as the English user guide is only 240 bytes big 
and is also empty of actual content

i am sure that http://open9x.googlecode.com/files/Open9X%20Manual.pdf is there 
and the size is cca 900kB and it is dowloadable. i tryed it with firefox and 
also with chrome.

how are you downloading the file, in what OS and browser?
