Timer does not work correctly with security CH at -125 and throttle trace #126

When a FSW is set to security CH at -125 ,timer TH% runs at 100% when Throttle 
trace is set to corresponding CH, although throttle is 0%

same when extended limits are used with -125 value.
same for THs

it looks that the THt and TH% start again running when T-trace input is less 
than -100% (somewhere between -100 and -125)
