Enhancement - Anti Tremmor #136

I have seen this question pop up a few times by some elderly er9x users.

The issue they have is 'old age tremors'. Essentially, the hands develop a
slight shake.

The fix to this is normally to do a rather complex set of mixes that softens up
the stick movements a bit!

This set of mixes can be seen on this url:

http://9xforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=647

It seems to me this could be an option that is either implemented as a new
'curve type'. Or simply a tick box (compiled in) that ignores the first 10% of
movement.

Certainly it would be a feature that not many people want - but would also be
something really unique!

The new curve system makes it very easy to do with a 5-pt curve that you can
assign in the D/Rs!

I did think this may be an option to the problem - but is it 'easy' enough?

Is it an acceptable solution?

Then it's already possible since we have the 5pts custom curves :)
