vario tone: change range for inner audio limits to -2..+1 and -1..+2

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x) are you using? any with audio out and 
telemetry

What is your open9x FW version? 1905

What is your open9x EEPROM version? 213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure a vario
2. use inner limits of 0,0
3. The tone will be unstable allways changing between sink and lift, as it 
drifts around 0m/s

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My suggestion is to make it possible to change the two inner limit to a range 
of -2..+1 and -1..+2 . It should be assured that they do not overlap though.
this would enable us to configure a aound that has a stable tone without lift, 
changing to a beeping in lift and changing to a lower tone as thevertical speed 
goes down.

But ... this is already the case, no? For example you can choose these values:
[-10 -0.5 -0.5 10]

no i can´t. from the above the 2 inner values have limits of -2..0 and 0..2

Did you try to lower the center low value before lower the center high value?

Oh, i see what you mean. but it is not working in bot ways!
-10 -0.5 -0.5 10 is possible
but
-10 0.5 0.5 10 is not possible

I would like to achieve a setting like the second example above.
this would enable a stable tone when there is no lift changing to beeping in 
lift
