Switches not working with TelemetrEZ #198

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x) are you using?
stock 9x with '128 processor
What is your open9x FW version?
1947
What is your open9x EEPROM version?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Companion9x(v1.17)
2. Setup profile for Open9x, check telemetrez box
3. Download and install firmware

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The telemetry link is working. In the telemetry displays the TSSI and RSSI are
updating. Going to the switch test screen, the THR and AIL switches both show
as constant on. They should toggle with the actual switches.

Please provide any additional information below.
TelemetrEZ version v60

huginen reported that open9x r1855 was working correctly, both switches and
data.

I wonder if it could be an error on the compilation server, relative to '128
processor
Did you try with the stock version?

I posted a message for huginen on the 9x forums. I don't know whether his
radio has the 64 or the 128 processor. Here is a link to the 9x forum:

Issue on the compilation server

The syntax is:
make EXT=TELEMETREZ (it automatically enables FRSKY)

Did you choose the TelemetreZ option in c9x?

I have the THR and AIL switch warning issue as well. It is a new Turnigy 9x
with OpenTX r2940 flashed by Companion 9x (v 1.52, rev 2381), Smartieparts rev
2.4 board and latest Telemetrez board. I ticked on Telemetrez in C9x, along
with SP22 for my backlight.

Have you updated the telemetrez to it's latest version? You can get it here ->

My particular problem is now solved. I tried updating the telemetrez firmware
several times and kept getting "connect the target" and no success. That clued
me in (after reviewing the troubleshooting guide on the Smartieparts 9x
programmer website) that my issue may be lack of good contact between the SP
board and the 9x's main board. I tightened all the screws up and the switch
error has gone away! Thanks to you folks on this board and Steve at SP!
