Add TX BATT voltage as an event that could be spoken. #204

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x) are you using?
stock board with atmega 128.
What is your open9x FW version?

Latest in SVN.

I was thinking it would be a good idea if the tx batt voltage was available to
be spoken by voice.. I personally like to hear all the voltages when I'm
flying. normally setr a switch that tells me this info. I mostly use the flight
pack voltage and the tx voltage.
If I know that the voltage is quite low and I'm flying waiting for the alarm, I
just can't concentrate. If I hear the voltage it gives me some piece of mind.
it's just one more event on the list. :)

I wanted to list this as an enhancement but don't see the option..

Hi, It must be me but I can't find the option to make the tx speak the TX BATT
voltage..
It's not in the same place as all the other telemetry events that can be spoken
as it should?

It is "Batt" just before "Tmr1" and "Tmr2"

Ah, i didn't see the Tmr1 and 2. Well I saw them but thought it was something
like trim and didn't go before as it didn't look as an event to be spoken. But
it was a good idea to have the timers there. very good :D
Thanks.. How do I choose enhancements whern I post an issue.. Can't find it..

Thanks. this is getting better and better..
