Set PPM frame length to a safe default when changing the number of channels #220

As it can be dangerous to change the number of channels without adjusting the 
frame length, it would be good that this is automatically adjusted to a safe 
default value. If the user knows what he's doing he can still change frame 
length afterwards, but at least the default is safe. 
So automatically set frame length to 2x Number of channels + 4.5 everytime the 
number of channels is changed.
