Signal brownout/WDT resets to the user #96

There's someone on the forum who wonders whether he had an in-flight reset or 
not. When I had my problems, I ran into the same question without a clear 
answer.
So it would be nice to make it visible and obvious if it happens. Like a char 
on the screen, or replaging the model name with WARNING! or such a thing that 
still allows normal operation but won't go unnoticed and won't disappear until 
power is cycled...

Ha! *snap* I just finished writing up a similar idea in a comment for issue 90. 
My idea was just to record the reason for the last reset in the STAT screen. 
But your idea here of having it being more prominent also has real merit, in my 
view.
