Stage 3 of Challenge renders horribly in IE 6.0 #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Force browse to the last stage of the challenge in IE 6.0 on XP
2. Click a protocol. Click View
3. Voila - mess!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Something that will render nicely on all major browsers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest from SVN. XP SP2 + all patches w/ IE 6.0

Please provide any additional information below.

When validating any page in WebGoat using "Validate Local HTML" using Web
Developer toolbar,
the w3c validation tool comes up with 332 errors for this stage. It's no wonder
IE 6.0 has a pink
kitten.

I suggest instead of trying to please IE 6.0, let's get the page into shape
from a formal standards
point of view - no errors for the claimed XHTML 1.0 transitional doctype. That
should make all
browsers a bit happier, and most likely will fix IE 6.0's issues.

The rendering has been corrected. The enormous number of HTML validation erros
will
not be fixed. This page include the full page content of two other webpages as
well
as using the ECS framework for generating the HTML.
