Suggestion: Link To Old Twitter Account #97

Right now, the list I get after running the tool only links to the detected Bluesky account, it doesn't link to the old twitter account that's a probable match. It would be incredibly helpful to have the twitter links so I can cross-check results that don't seem like a strong match.

I've noticed that often people moving from Twitter to Bluesky put something like "was @xxxxxx on Twitter" in their Bluesky profiles, but adding a link to the old Twitter account would be great!
