Suggest a song #43

Anyone can suggest a song from a form. In this form we can find the song title, author, optionally lyrics with chords or a link to it and optionally a comment with 100 words max

The program will search if the song title exists. If it's ok then accept the suggestion else it is rejected.

If the suggestion is ok then it send it the administrator that add the song the site
