Display does not blank when powered off #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch calculator
2. Press ON key to turn off
3. Press numeric keys

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect display to blank and key presses to be ignored when calculator is
off.  Instead, keys still click, and display does not blank making it look
like the calculator is locked up.
