calculation error - compounding interest / PV / FV

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter 100 FV
2. enter 70 CHS PV
3. enter 10 i
4. press n

Expected value should be 3.73....
Reported value is 4.000

Using the latest version downloaded from iTunes for the iPhone.

Hello,

The FIN-12C gives the same answer the HP-12C gives.  

Specifically, see the HP-12C manual (available online at
h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00363319.pdf) page 39 and 40 talk about 
calculating
the number of payments or compounding periods.  It mentions that the calculator
always displays an integer number i.e. total number of payments.  (n-1) full 
payments
and one final smaller payment.  The subsequent pages in the manual describe how 
to
display the amount of the full payments and the amount of the final payment.

I hope this helps clarify things.
