Should the curve-trees Tree be rewritten in C++? #63

Beyond trees likely being more ergonomic to do in C++, the amount of database code and how tightly bound this'll end up being with Monero suggests it should be in C++.

The existing tree also is missing several features (#12 #15 #62) and likely should be rewritten anyways.
