CiviCRM 4.7.19 is now operational https://d7.rivers.org.nz/civicrm/a#/status

Some issues:

• [ ] https://d7.rivers.org.nz/civicrm/a#/status says "New security release 4.7.21 is available. The site is currently running 4.7.19."
• [ ] how to configure cron for CiviCRM?
• [ ] File permissions are a mess - any easy fixes? e.g. clearing cache via drush results in numerous messages such as unlink(/home/rivers/d7.rivers.org.nz/sites/default/files/civicrm/templates_c//en_US/%%8B/8B6/8B6A05F3%%CreateNew.tpl.php): Permission denied File.php:156
• [ ] Search in top left menu bar - no characters appear when typing.
• [ ] On local /civicrm/a#/status reports error "CRM_Extension_Exception_MissingException: Unknown extension: nz.co.fuzion.remindersconfig in CRM_Extension_Container_Collection->getContainer() (line 150 of /Users/jonathan/Sites/3rivers.local/docroot/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Extension/Container/Collection.php)."
