I like that you give clear suggestions of times and dates, and set out an agenda for the meeting.
The second email is unclear, you don't say what the issue is that you want to discuss, which might make the recipient nervous. Be clear about what the issues are. Also there's a sentence there that I don't understand - have a look and see if you can clarify it.
Overall, it's a good attempt.
