Usually when we write value and mission documents like this, we prefer to use the "we" tense instead of "The Team will" - it makes it more personal, and more of a commitment by the team, rather than prescribing to the team what it needs to do.

It's important that the document is written by and supported by the team, rather than be a set of rules that team members struggle to follow.
