Your text: I am a self-taught Web developer and Graphic designer. Highly motivated seeking to launch a career building web applications and services. I have been self teaching for the past 3+ years and I am open to taking time to learn extra skills and very passionate about all new subject areas and ready to face my challenges towards my future.

I would add what you have achieved/accomplished, so it is less about you studying and more about how amazing your contributions are.
