File detail controls wrapping #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Moving a file to an other folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Folder drop down list has title "File" instead of "Folder" in English 
localisation. The same problem in Czech and maybe in the others.

Actuly File text is correct. Problem is with filename text box wrapping so it 
creates confusing layout.

Fixed by preventing controls wrapping but it could lead to some bad looking 
results filename editbox going outside of design boundaries
