Permission for Email sending #132

It would be nice to have permissions for "Can Send Email." Since often time 
content may be confidential, people may not want their users to be able to 
e-mail documents to people.

Problem is that even if you prevent email sending, but allow document download 
then it is pointless

Thanks for the response. I wouldn't consider it a problem really. Having the 
e-mail button is like saying "we welcome you to send e-mails of this document." 
You can't exactly tell people "don't e-mail these documents to others", but 
then have an easily accessibly button to do so within the interface. The button 
in the interface is an "enabled" and allows them to do something more easily. 
As a temporary 'fix', I can probably just hide it using CSS.
