dmsf error: File can't be created in storage directory #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i go to the plugins in the Administration its showing like "File can't 
be created in storage directory"

2. when i try to upload a file its giving "internal error"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i wanted upload the file successfully

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using? On what browser and
operating
system?

Ubuntu 14.04.1
Redmine redmine-3.0.0-0
DMSF 1.5.1 stable
Browser Mozilla Firefox
