Enhancement on workflow

DMSF version: 0.8.2 
browser: Google chrome 

I would like to recommend the following amendments in DMSF: 

1) Allow approval of a document without having to upload. Or 
That is, an approval button would solve this problem by keeping the name of 
approver or approvers. 

2) If possible, there is a classification of types of documents. So 
as is done in standard document manager Redmine. Inclusive 
is the idea of ​​integrating DMSF with the default document manager 
Redmine.

It is not needed to upload for workflow approval. Just go to the file details 
and set workflow for new revision, upload is not required.

Document classification can be done by moving them to appropriate folders.
