Week 1 - Sale Promo 1:

Change the text as you like!

If posting Tuesday, X = 4

Our Spring Plant Sale is (X) Days away and we’re soooo excited. Almost all our participating nurseries have dropped off their plants and our nursery is filled to the brim.

There are still openings in our last two Saturday slots, at 3p and 3:30p. We will not be restocking Saturday night so if you have a list in mind, we recommend trying to get in on Saturday. Sunday is a regular open no-signups-required shopping day, 10a - 3p.

Thank you volunteers and participating nurseries for making this sale possible! Thank you shoppers for believing in us and supporting our mission!

Saturday May 6 - Shopper Encouragement

(Not sure what you meant by Shopper Encouragement so I'm just spitballing. And I'm not sure if all my rambling is fit for Instagram but I'll let you decide)

Need Plant Help? We have .... drumroll.... native plant advisors!! Morning Advisors: Ashley, Bill, Chris Afternoon Advisors: Gisela, Chris, and a third advisor ALSO conveniently named Chris 😉 They are huge wealths of information and will be happy to answer any questions for you. Flag them down or ask for some help flagging them down - don't be shy!

I wasn't able to get concrete stats from Chris (who deferred to Anita) and Anita (who sent me back to Chris). The best was that Anita said she estimated 8,000 plants but that seemed pretty ballpark. The most I could get was that Chris definitely said this was our most successful sale ever, with the most plants ever sold.

Suggested Thank You Volunteers text:

Thank you volunteers who put in countless hours to make this event possible. With your help, we were able to sell the most native plants that we ever have - making it the most successful sale ever. We are so proud! but we know we couldn't do any of this without you.

Thank you Alice, Anita, Ashley, Barbara, Bill, Bonnie, Callie, Carol Eileen, Celeste, Chris B1, Chris B2, Christine, Dayna, Gisela, Joann, June, Karen, Kate, Kellie, Leonard & Susan, Marcia, Mark, Maylin, Melati, Nancy, Randi, Rita, Ron, Sam, Sharon, Steve, Sue, Susan, Sydney, Tom, and Tristan. (hope I got everyone 🤞)

The list of Nursery volunteers and everyone else involved is so much longer. Thank you to everyone who has ever stopped by and gotten dirt under your nails for us! We couldn’t make any of this happen without you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Note: Not sure what photos you want to include along with your flyter, if any. I'll just let you decide. Maybe this would be another post? Sharon took these photos and she wants to make sure we credit her with her full name. "Photos by Sharon King"
