Proxy auth #134

I have not started using this library, but looking at the source code for 2.2, 
I guess there is no support for proxy authentification (usdername/password). Do 
you plan to have such support? Why don't you add a dependency to Apache Commons 
HttpClient?

Searching for "proxy" in either the wiki or the archived issues, you can see 
that this is supported.
