It seems that "renew" parameter has to be present just when needed

When "renew=false" on query string, CAS asks the user to enter credentials despite cas session.

same here, I patched before searching, but I second this PR :+1:

Renew will only be added to the query string if it is turned on in the upcoming version of this package.
