I know I'd privately asked about this, but now I see folks are filing issues to ask for things.

Will this always be a single link with some text? Are there broader goals for content to help people understand standards?

@Lewiscowles1986 I am going to reformat the README so a standard can have enough content for people to have enough information to understand a standard
