Simultanious telnet connection is not working #494

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to telnetd, and just stay connected
2. Try to connect once more, is not successfull

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Simultanious connections must work.

multiple telnet connections require more tasks resourses. Increased this. 
(fixed by r7272)
