slow ext2 operations #535

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run xattr test
2. It takes too long for run all tests. It seems that there is no such 
complicated things to make it run so long.

r/w operations had big delay between status checks. Event was added in ide 
drives, ide irq handler alter it to signal of completed operation. (r8438)
