What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Implement mouse driver.
Implement support for absolute pointing device (in qemu - arguments "-usbdevice 
tablet")

What goals would this enhancement help you to achieve?
This is one of the prerequisites to the GUI implementation.

How are you going to implement the enhancement?
Implement PS/2 mouse driver first.
