telnetd is only for two #585

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. x86/nonvga_debug
embox>telnetd
2.
(telnet for 2) - is OK,
but fo 3th
lnk@Stand2:~$ telnet 10.9.2.16

Connected to 10.9.2.16.

Connection closed by foreign host.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

yes, it's ok. the reason is that there are no more resource of system. try to 
increase task_res_quantity option of embox.kernel.task.idx_table.

if you have not, please report your steps.
