fat driver could damage filesystem #714

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mount -t fatfs /dev/hda /mnt
2. touch /mnt/f1.txt
3. touch /mnt/f2.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
host mount of fat produced errors

A number of bugs were fixed in FAT driver, now everything should work
