Classification returns prediction file with two columns instead of one #54

Not sure what you mean? StackNet returns probabilities in classification problems. So if your target variables has 2 classes (lets say 0 and 1), it returns 2 columns. The first columns is the probability to be zero and the second column the probability to be 1.
