Question : exhaustivity of your romset #2

Which rules a game must fulfil (or not) in order to be part of your romset? I mean : are all playable games on NESC/mame2003 in the romset? If not, what are the criteria (for example the maximum size) a game should have to be playable on NESC/mame2003?

I didn't read this question until now. All I know is this uses mame romset 0.78. Most games I've tried have worked. I don't think rom size matters, but I wouldn't try a game like area51 anyways. If that's even in this romset.
