Update JSON-LD Processor conformance test suite and related fixes #18

This PR brings JSON-goLD back to full conformance with the most recent version of the official test suite.

It includes a substantial rework of the Framing operation, to pass the tests and also to get ready for adoption of the new spec (currently in progress).
