License and format #184

I noticed the code was not properly formatted and lacked the license headers. There were also spelling mistakes in many places that have been fixed by this PR.

Thanks for bringing this up. At the time of constructing flowMC, I didn't use automatic formator and linter, so there could be a lot of these formatting issues. However, this is going to be addressed in the next, and I don't feel comfortable merging such a big PR, especially not using a configuration of ruff toml I am familiar with n the past. I am closing this PR instead of merging it, but this should be cleaned up in the future
